Monthly Auto- Pay Memberships-
• Automatically renew on the 1st of each month.
• Billing begins immediately so your first bill will more than likely be prorated.
• Any changes other than cancellations to monthly auto-pay plans must be submitted via email to Shelly at 5 days or sooner prior to the next billing cycle. SEE CANCELLATION POLICY BELOW.
• Unused visits will not roll over to next month.

• Recurring plans must be cancelled no later than 30 days prior to the next billing date and must be submitted via the survey below. If you have any questions concerning cancellation, please reach out to Shelly at
• Late cancellations will be subject to a penalty.
• Accounts that were cancelled and reinstated within the calendar year will be subject to a $50 reinstatement fee.
• Prepaid memberships (3/6/12 months) and 10 packs are non-refundable.

• Recurring plans and prepaid memberships are allowed one courtesy hold for a max of 30 days within the calendar year.
• Any hold beyond the courtesy will be subject to a $50 fee for every 30 days requested to hold.

• 2.5% off recurring debits with ACH setup as the primary method of payment
• 10% off military/LEO/fire recurring monthly memberships
• 10% off additional family members with recurring monthly memberships (both family members must have recurring plans)

When you are ready to commit, so are we.  Annual Memberships, Drop-Ins, Punch Cards, Clinics, Fundamentals Courses, Bod Pod Scans, and Nutrition Counseling are all non-refundable and have expiration dates.  Monthly auto-pay memberships are non-refundable but can be cancelled if within noted timeframe above. Please be sure to read the terms and conditions of any purchase.


• Please be courteous of time and others that may need to use shower.
• Please wear flip flops or swim shoes while showering.
• Please be mindful of future bathroom visitors, i.e. standing water, time spent, etc. If you make a mess, clean it up.

• Dogs that bark, whine, jump, or bite are not allowed at the gym.
• Dogs must be on leash at all times and must be tied up outside in the designated area (next to light pole).
• We reserve the right to ask you to remove a disruptive dog.
• The gym staff is not responsible for your dog.
• Other members may suffer from allergies to animals.  Please keep dogs outside at all times.

• We welcome all kids and ask that any kids left unsupervised in the kids room must be self sufficient and able to follow kids room rules without supervision.
• Kids are not allowed on the gym floor. We ask that all kids either remain in the designated kids room or outside at all times.
• Kids should not be in the way of group class (i.e., when a class is running in and out of the gym) and are not allowed on the gym floor.
• The gym staff is not responsible for your kids.
• Please be mindful of your stroller (strollers must be out of the way of classes).

• For allergy reasons and to keep the room clean, there is no food/drink allowed in the kids room at any time.
• If your child is sick (loose/weeping bodily fluids and/or fever of 100.4 or greater) please do not bring them! They must be fever free for 24 hours without medication.
• Please keep the kids room tidy and check for any mess prior to leaving the gym.
• We provide a ROKU and TV setup.  Parents can bring their child’s own toys of preference as long as they are taken once they leave.
• Parents will be held responsible to replace any damaged items, including the structure of the room.
